We have been coming to Dr. Best and her crew for many years. We have had dogs and cats over the years, and she is THE BEST! She cares about animals and people and is such a good person. She is always there with you from beginning to end. She has helped many animals and people over the years and is an amazing person!! We are happy to call her not only our vet but our friend!

Dr Best is very knowledgeable. She is careful and willing to work with the client so they feel most comfortable when treating a senior pet. I would highly recommend.
The only vet we will use!! We have been coming to this vet for over 10 years and ALL of the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. From calling to ease our worries with a new rescue to our annual visits they are always happy to help. Their rates are very reasonably priced. We know they will give our pets the care they would give their own. We normally see Dr.best or Dr.muscleman and we adore them both!! Our dogs LOVE trips to the vet because they get to see all their favorite staff!
Love Billings Animal Family Hospital and Dr. Musselman. They treat my Coco Puff amazingly even though she doesn't necessarily like other animals she loves people and she loves Dr. Musselman. They don't make me feel bad because my dog doesn't like other animals they treat her just the same. I would recommend anyone to Billings Animal Family Hospital.
Amazing service! We had to take our bunny in for an emergency day of appointment and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for rabbits!
This place is the most helpful vet clinic I have ever experienced took my dog Roscoe to a few vets before this place and they all turned me down without having some sort of down payment first. The vet here told me they would at least look at it even if I didn't have the money right away they gave me awesome advice!!! For free they took a look and told me they could definitely help my dog and gave me a straight forward answer and price for staples this was such a relief. My dog was in and out in just a few minutes and the price was very reasonable they were even willing to at least prescribe him antibiotics if I was unable to pay for it that day. I can't even explain how much this place really helped me so thank you from the bottom of my heart! Everyone from the vets to the front desk lady's were super helpful and understanding of my situation.
Dr. Musselman was so kind and compassionate when we lost our family cat. She really went above and beyond and spent so much time with us and let us grieve. She truly cares about our pets. She is our vet for our other dogs and cat and has been amazing for acute and chronic problems. Can’t recommend more highly.
We have been using BAFH since our Golden Retriever, Yoffi, was born. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and the doctors are the absolute best.
